Enabling Javascript
 

To enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer:
  1. Select Internet Options... from the Tools menu.
  2. Select the Security tab.
  3. Select Internet from the zone list.
  4. Click the Custom Level button.
  5. Scroll down to Scripting.
  6. Ensure that Active scripting is not set to Disable.
  7. Click the OK button.
  8. Click the Refresh button to ensure that you have changed the settings correctly.

To enable JavaScript in Firefox:
  1. Select Options from the Tools menu.
  2. Click the Content icon.
  3. Check the checkbox next to Enable JavaScript
  4. Click the OK button.

To enable JavaScript in Safari:
  1. Select Preferences... from the Safari menu.
  2. Select Security from the top pane.
  3. Next to Web Content, ensure that Enable JavaScript is checked.
  4. Click the close button located on upper-right corner.
  5. Click the Refresh button to ensure that you have changed the settings correctly.

To enable JavaScript in Chrome:
  1. Click the Tools menu.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Click the Under the Hood tab.
  4. Click the Content settings button.
  5. Click the Javascript tab.
  6. Select Allow all sites to run Javascript (recommended).
  7. Click the Close button on the Content Settings window.
  8. Click the Close button on the Google Chrome Options window.
  9. Click the Refresh button to ensure that you have changed the settings correctly.

When finished, please re-run the configuration test to make sure other required elements are in place.
 
Enabling Cookies
 

To enable Cookies in Internet Explorer:
  1. Select Internet Options... from the Tools menu.
  2. Select the Privacy tab.
  3. Set privacy to Medium.
  4. Click the OK button.
  5. Click the Refresh button to ensure that you have changed the settings correctly.

To enable Cookies in Safari:
  1. Select Preferences... from the Safari menu.
  2. Select Security from the top pane.
  3. Next to Accept Cookies, ensure that Never is not checked.
  4. Click the close button located on upper-right corner.
  5. Click the Refresh button to ensure that you have changed the settings correctly.

To enable Cookies in Firefox:
  1. Select Options... from the Tools menu.
  2. Select Privacy.
  3. Ensure that Accept cookies from sites is checked.
  4. Click the OK button.
  5. Click the Refresh button to ensure that you have changed the settings correctly.

To enable Cookies in Chrome:
  1. Click the Tools menu.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Click the Under the Hood tab.
  4. Click the Content settings button.
  5. Click the Cookies tab.
  6. Select Allow local data to be set (recommended).
  7. Click the Close button on the Content Settings window.
  8. Click the Close button on the Google Chrome Options window.
  9. Click the Refresh button to ensure that you have changed the settings correctly.

When finished, please re-run the configuration test to make sure other required elements are in place.
